He obtained his PHD in Law (Specializing in Malaysia Land Laws) from University of Kent, Canterbury, UK, in 1989. He is a former Secretary General Ministry of Land & Co-operative Development. He was a Professor of Land Law & Administration at University Technology Malaysia from 2003 to 2005. He is currently served as Adjunet Professor in University Putra Malaysia. He is known for his wide experience and expertise on Land and Property matters. His past experience includes:
